High precision capacitive sensor converts liquid column hydrostatic pressure into standard electrical signal with digital communication function. Remote diaphragm and capillary separate sensor element from harsh process medium to prevent clogging and medium corrosion. Onboard intelligent diagnostics monitor capillary leakage, abnormal diaphragm deformation and signal loop faults to reduce unplanned maintenance and production shutdown. Every unit passes factory calibration and tightness test for direct field commissioning after installation.

Electrical and Communication
Standard output: 4–20mA analog signal with superimposed HART7 digital communication, configurable remotely by handheld communicator or DeltaV DCS system. Optional communication types: FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1, PROFIBUS PA, WirelessHART per order. Conventional loop powered HART model requires supply voltage from 10.5VDC to 42.4VDC.
Material Description
Default wetted flange and remote diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; optional Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum for severe corrosive medium. Transmitter housing is cast aluminum with anti-corrosion epoxy coating; multiple kinds of capillary filling fluid are optional to match various medium temperature conditions.
3. Environmental Parameters
Ambient operating & storage temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃; working relative humidity: 5%~95% non-condensing. Permitted process medium temperature depends on selected fill fluid grade.
4. Function and Certification
Optional backlight local LCD supports on-site real-time level reading and zero/span trimming. Built-in side push buttons realize field calibration without extra tools. Advanced diagnostics include diaphragm failure detection, capillary leakage alert and loop fault monitoring.
This transmitter is SIL2/SIL3 certified in accordance with IEC61508, with ATEX and FM explosion-proof certifications for hazardous area installation and covered by Emerson five-year limited factory warranty.
