3051CG serial number 7450265 is a Rosemount coplanar gauge pressure transmitter under Emerson brand. It features patented coplanar modular design and is engineered exclusively for gauge pressure measurement. Widely adopted in petrochemical, thermal power and oil & gas industries, it tracks real-time working pressure of process pipelines, storage tanks and reaction vessels.

Its high-precision capacitive sensor converts physical gauge pressure into standard electrical signal with digital communication capability. Thanks to coplanar construction, the transmitter can be directly fitted with 3-valve manifolds without extra adapters, simplifying impulse piping arrangement and cutting leakage risks effectively. Built-in self-diagnostic electronics constantly detect blocked impulse tubing and electrical loop failures to reduce unscheduled maintenance and plant shutdown loss. Default output is 4–20mA analog signal modulated with HART7 digital communication, allowing remote configuration via handheld communicator or DeltaV DCS. Optional communication versions contain FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1, PROFIBUS PA and WirelessHART as ordered. Standard loop powered HART transmitter operates on 10.5VDC ~ 42.4VDC supply voltage.

Standard wetted parts including isolation diaphragm and coplanar flange are made of 316L stainless steel. Optional corrosion resistant materials such as Hastelloy C-276, Monel and tantalum are available for harsh corrosive medium and NACE sour service. The transmitter housing is cast aluminum with anti-corrosion epoxy coating, and silicone oil is the standard internal fill fluid for normal working conditions.

Operating and storage ambient temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃; relative working humidity: 5% to 95% non-condensing. When equipped with standard silicone fill fluid, applicable process medium temperature ranges from -40℃ to +120℃.

Optional backlit local LCD enables field on-site reading and zero/span trimming. Side push buttons support local calibration without external instruments. Advanced diagnostic functions cover impulse line blockage detection, circuit loop monitoring and abnormal process alert.
