3051C marked with unique serial number 7625616 is a smart coplanar pressure transmitter manufactured by Emerson Rosemount. Adopting proprietary coplanar modular design, this transmitter is capable of differential pressure, gauge pressure and absolute pressure measurement. It is extensively used in petrochemical, thermal power and oil & gas industries to monitor pipeline pressure, calculate tank liquid level and measure differential flow cooperating with orifice plates and annubar flow elements.

The built-in high-precision capacitive sensor converts process pressure into standard electrical output signal with digital communication function. The coplanar design enables direct mounting with 3-valve or 5-valve manifolds without extra adapters, cutting pipeline layout complexity and reducing fluid leakage risks. Integrated self-diagnostic electronics continuously detect plugged impulse tubing and circuit faults to lower unexpected maintenance and unplanned plant shutdowns. Every unit is pre-calibrated and pressure tested at factory for immediate field commissioning after installation.

Reference accuracy achieves up to ±0.04% full scale, and overall installed performance is better than ±0.15% full scale. Maximum turndown ratio reaches 150:1 for flexible onsite range reset without hardware replacement. Long-term stability is controlled within ±0.125% of calibrated span over five years of continuous running.

Standard configuration outputs 4–20mA analog signal overlapped with HART7 digital communication, which allows remote parameter setup through handheld communicator or DeltaV DCS system. Optional communication modes contain FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1, PROFIBUS PA and WirelessHART according to order requirement. The loop-powered HART model works with supply voltage from 10.5VDC to 42.4VDC.

Standard wetted components including isolating diaphragm and coplanar flange are made of 316L stainless steel. Optional corrosion-resistant alternatives such as Hastelloy C-276, Monel and tantalum are available for harsh corrosive medium and NACE sour service environments. Transmitter housing is die-cast aluminum with anti-corrosion epoxy paint, and silicone oil is used as default sensor fill fluid for regular working conditions.

Operating ambient temperature ranges from -40℃ to +85℃, identical for storage temperature. Relative working humidity is limited between 5% and 95% with no condensation occurring. With standard silicone filling fluid, applicable process medium temperature covers -40℃ to +120℃.

Optional backlit local LCD supports on-site real-time data reading as well as zero and span trimming. Built-in push buttons enable field calibration without auxiliary instruments. Advanced onboard diagnostics cover blocked impulse line detection, loop health monitoring and abnormal process alert.

The transmitter is certified SIL2/SIL3 under IEC61508 functional safety standard, together with ATEX and FM explosion-proof approvals for installation in hazardous classified locations. The product is covered with five-year limited factory warranty from Emerson.

It is applied for differential flow measurement of industrial pipelines, closed tank hydrostatic level measurement, real-time pressure supervision on boiler and chemical reactor piping, and pressure monitoring for natural gas and crude oil transmission pipelines across power, chemical and upstream energy industries.
