2D34347G07 is an upgraded plug-in switching power supply belonging to Emerson Westinghouse Ovation DCS 2D34347 series. It is fully interchangeable with G05, G06 and G08 of the same product line in mechanical size and electrical connection. Designed to provide stabilized 24VDC power, the module feeds DPU controllers, analog and digital I/O cards and internal cabinet relay circuits for thermal power, nuclear power and petrochemical ETS and SIS safety control systems.

N+1 redundant parallel connection and field hot-swap function are available, which ensures the rest of rack equipment keeps powered normally if one single power unit fails. Equipped with fully enclosed metal housing and integrated heat dissipation structure, the front panel is fitted with three LED lamps indicating AC input status, healthy DC output and fault warning respectively. Optimized EMI filter and multi-stage surge suppression circuits are embedded internally to resist electromagnetic interference caused by cabinet contactors and variable frequency drives. The unit meets UL, CE and IEC industrial safety and EMC standards and supports long-term nonstop 24-hour running.

The module accepts wide-range AC input from 85VAC to 264VAC at 47Hz~63Hz to adapt various international industrial power grids. Its regulated output is fixed at 24VDC. Compared with G05 and G06 versions, G07 uses upgraded internal components to realize lower output ripple and more stable voltage output during frequent full-load and light-load alternation.

Complete protection setup consists of overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, automatic short-circuit shutdown and thermal cutoff protection. The power supply instantly cuts output under overload, short-circuit or overheating conditions to protect subsequent DCS hardware from burnout.

Operating ambient temperature inside control cabinet ranges from 0℃ to 60℃, and storage temperature spans -40℃ to 85℃. Valid working relative humidity is between 5% and 95% with no condensation.

Models G05, G06, G07 and G08 from 2D34347 series have consistent installation dimension and terminal definition for direct plug-and-play replacement without wiring adjustment. It cannot be substituted with 2B10715H01 or 2D34069G01 due to different outer dimension and pin layout.

This power module is widely applied in Ovation DCS cabinets including boiler main control cabinet, steam turbine ETS protection cabinet, BOP auxiliary interlock cabinet of thermal power units, conventional island control cabinet for nuclear power plants and SIS emergency shutdown cabinet of petrochemical facilities to supply steady working power for core control and signal collection modules.
