2D34347G05 is original Westinghouse (Emerson) Q-Line series rack plug-in switching power supply for Ovation legacy DCS control cabinet, belonging to 2D34347 family with derivative versions G06/G07/G08 for interchangeable replacement. It supplies regulated 24VDC power for rack CPU controller boards, analog/digital I/O modules and cabinet internal relay signal circuits on thermal power, nuclear power and petrochemical DCS platform.
Supports N+1 redundant parallel hot-swap installation; single unit fault will not cut off full rack power supply. Equipped with sealed metal casing plus built-in air-cooled heat dissipation; front panel configures multi-color LED indicators for AC input status, normal DC output and fault alarm respectively. Integrated high-grade EMI filter & multi-stage surge suppression circuit to restrain electromagnetic interference from cabinet contactors and variable frequency drives, certified with UL & CE industrial safety and EMC standards for uninterrupted 7×24h continuous operation.
