1. Product Introduction

2B10335G06 is an upgraded rack-mounted switching power supply module under Emerson Westinghouse Ovation DCS product family, serving as a direct form-fit replacement version of model 2B10335G05. It is specially developed to supply stabilized DC power for rack controllers, various I/O boards and auxiliary relay loops inside automation control cabinets for thermal power, nuclear power and petrochemical industries. The module supports N+1 redundant parallel hot standby operation to prevent entire control rack power loss caused by single power unit failure.
Constructed with fully enclosed metal housing and integrated built-in heat sink structure, this power module features three LED indicators on the front panel to separately display input power status, normal output condition and fault alarm signal. Internal EMI filter and multi-stage surge suppression circuits are embedded to resist intensive electromagnetic interference generated from cabinet inverters and high-power contactors. The product conforms to UL, CE and IEC industrial safety and EMC standards and is capable of continuous 24-hour long-term operation under regular industrial cabinet conditions.

2. Technical Specifications

The module accepts wide AC input ranging from 85VAC to 264VAC with applicable frequency from 47Hz to 63Hz, matching most global industrial power grid standards. It delivers regulated DC24V standard output; overall rated output current and power keep consistent with 2B10335G05, while internal component optimization enables lower output ripple and improved long-term load stability compared to earlier G05 edition.
Comprehensive protective functions include overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, automatic shutdown against output short circuit and thermal cutoff protection. The unit will instantly cut off output once overload, short-circuit or overheating occurs at load side to avoid damage to subsequent DCS hardware.
Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius for cabinet installation environment, while storage temperature covers -40 degree Celsius to 85 degree Celsius. Allowed working relative humidity is between 5% and 95% without condensation inside the module. The mechanical outline and terminal pin definition remain identical to 2B10335G05 for direct plug-and-play field replacement.

3. Model Difference from 2B10335G05

2B10335G05 is the original early production version with older internal component configuration. 2B10335G06 is the revised updated variant with upgraded PCB layout, higher temperature resistant capacitors and enhanced surge withstand margin. The two versions share identical installation dimension and wiring interface for seamless interchange on existing equipment slots.
