This unit is responsible for converting alternating current into stable direct current to supply power for rack controller, I/O boards and auxiliary relay components inside boiler, turbine and auxiliary control cabinets of thermal power, nuclear power and petrochemical facilities.
The module uses all-metal enclosed housing with built-in heat dissipation structure to guarantee reliable heat exchange during long-term loaded operation. EMI filtering and multi-level surge suppression circuits are arranged inside the unit to restrain strong electromagnetic interference generated by high-power electrical parts inside the cabinet. Several LED indicators are mounted on the front panel to intuitively reflect input power status, normal output state and equipment fault alarm information. Normal operating temperature inside control cabinet falls between 0 degree Celsius and 60 degree Celsius, and storage temperature ranges from minus 40 degree Celsius to positive 85 degree Celsius. Operating relative humidity is limited within 5% to 95% without condensation inside the power module. Its overall dimension follows Ovation rack unified installation standard, enabling direct plug-in replacement for obsolete same-series power supplies on original equipment slots.
