It supplies stable regulated DC power to rack controller cards, various I/O modules and cabinet internal auxiliary relay components, supporting hot standby redundant configuration for critical control loops to avoid system outage caused by single power failure.
Adopts sealed metal casing with built-in independent heat sink structure for passive heat dissipation, front panel equipped with multiple LED status indicators to show power input normal, output ready and fault alarm separately. Internal layout integrates EMI filter circuit and multi-stage surge suppression components to resist strong electromagnetic interference from cabinet high-power contactors and frequency conversion equipment, fully compliant with UL, CE and IEC industrial EMC & safety certification standards for long-term 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation.
