It receives digital control signals from main control unit and realizes delayed contact switching to complete equipment startup sequence, safety interlock and trip delay control for on-site auxiliary devices.
This module adopts plug-in structural design matching the original series installation base, with built-in surge suppression and short circuit protection circuit to cope with strong electromagnetic interference inside industrial cabinet. Multiple LED indicators are arranged on the front panel to display power status, operating state and abnormal fault information in real time. It supports long-term continuous 24-hour uninterrupted operation under harsh industrial ambient conditions and complies with international industrial safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards.

2. Technical Specifications

Rated operating coil voltage is DC125V as standard configuration. The adjustable delay range covers 0.5 second to 1 second, and other custom delay ranges are available upon factory order. The internal switch contact is SPDT structure, with rated loading capacity of 5A at alternating current 250V or direct current 125V.
The module is powered via rack backplane terminal, with low overall power consumption. Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degree Celsius up to 60 degree Celsius for cabinet installation, and storage temperature spans from minus 40 degree Celsius to positive 85 degree Celsius. Applicable working humidity is between 5% and 95% relative humidity without condensation phenomenon.
