2. Core Functional Description
This is an 8-channel isolated analog conditioning card designed to receive multiple types of field analog inputs including 4–20mA loop current, DC voltage, RTD and thermocouple raw signals. It provides galvanic isolation, surge filtering and signal scaling before transmitting conditioned standard analog signals to downstream AI modules of Ovation control rack.
All channel configuration is finished via upper Ovation controller software without onboard jumper modification; supports software-selectable input type switching for different field instruments.

All fault codes are uploaded to Ovation central controller for system alarm and remote diagnosis.
