Core Functions
Bare D-type base only executes power inversion, DC bus management, encoder signal sampling; cannot run independently, mandatory DA/DL/DS control card installation for full closed-loop control (current/speed/position triple loop)
Pre-FW version drive stores motor parameters, motion setting and fault history inside onboard firmware chip
Pre-reserved internal motor holding brake control circuit; brake logic programmable via control card parameter setup
No expandable external DC capacitor interface (key hardware difference from DKS01.2, not suitable for ultra-high frequent short-cycle start-stop)

Operation & Maintenance Tips
Keep ≥80mm upper/lower ventilation space inside cabinet for heat dissipation; separate shielded encoder cable & high-current power cable in different trunking to reduce EMI interference
DKS01.1 base cannot directly interchange with DKS01.2 due to internal bus layout difference
Periodic maintenance: half-year cabinet dust cleaning, terminal screw fastening, DSF encoder shield cable integrity inspection; vulnerable spare parts: internal auxiliary power supply, CON1 socket, IGBT power module
