DKS01.2-W100A-D | Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 Second Generation Bare Base Servo Power Unit

Product Parameter Overview Model Type: DKS01.2 - Second Generation Modular Digital Servo Bare Power Base (D = Digital Feedback Base, without pre-installed control board, without built-in firmware), discontinued by the manufacturer, paired with MDD series DSF digital encoder servo motors. It can be flexibly configured with DA/DL/DS series control cards to form a complete driver.

Description

Basic electrical parameters

Three-phase main power supply: AC 200~230V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; independent single-phase AC 230V control power supply

Continuous rated output: 50A, peak short-time 100A, total machine capacity 11kVA, DC busbar rated 300VDC

PWM carrier: 4kHz, built-in integrated energy braking, continuous braking 0.5kW, peak 18kW, supports external large-power braking resistor expansion

Protection: IP10 (installed in the control cabinet), natural air cooling, working environment 0~45℃ under full load, humidity 5%~85% without condensation, altitude over 1000m reduces power usage

Overall machine size: 265×360×62mm, net weight approximately 11.2kg; DKS01.2 reserves external bus capacitor installation position compared to version 01.1, suitable for high-frequency start-stop conditions

Interface and communication configuration

CON1 (25-pin SUB-D): dedicated DSF full-digital encoder feedback interface, native support for Indramat digital encoders, cannot be directly connected to rotary transformers, ordinary incremental encoders

Internal card slots of the body: multi-slot modular structure, can freely select to plug in DA analog control card, DL pulse positioning card, DS SERCOS optical bus card as the main control boards, the I/O and communication terminals of the entire machine are provided by the rear-mounted control card, the bare base has no external command terminals

CON3 debugging port: RS232 serial port, connects to DSM debugging software, used for motor parameter identification, fault reading, firmware burning, parameter backup and download

Power terminals: main circuit three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power connection terminals, external braking resistor connection terminals

Core functions

The base unit is responsible for power inversion, DSF encoder signal acquisition, overall power supply management, hardware fault protection. It cannot be powered on and run independently; it must be equipped with the corresponding control board to achieve three-loop closed-loop control.

Combined with DA board: ±10V analog voltage setpoint, speed/torque closed-loop control; combined with DL board: AB phase pulses + direction instructions, point positioning control; combined with DS board: SERCOS optical bus multi-axis networking control

Built-in hardware full protection: overvoltage/undervoltage, phase loss, IGBT overcurrent, module over-temperature, encoder break-line fault lockout shutdown, reserved motor brake drive circuit, brake logic is configured by the selected control card

DKS01.2 hardware optimizes the bus circuit, supports external energy storage capacitors, suitable for high-frequency short-cycle start-stop load conditions Applicable scenarios

Importing European multi-axis warp knitting machines, rotary printing machines, German servo-controlled cutting equipment, old-fashioned multi-axis coordinated extrusion production lines, and automated assembly lines of outdated equipment for spare parts replacement; mostly used when the original equipment's drivers are damaged, and DA/DL/DS control cards are selected as needed to achieve different control scheme renovations.
