DKS01.1-W100A-DS01-02-FW | Bosch Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 SERCOS Bus Servo Drive
Description
Model Explanation
DKS01.1: DIAX02 First-generation compact power base, cabinet installed vertically, no reserved position for external bus capacitor
W100A: Power specification, three-phase AC 200~230V input, continuous rated output 50A, peak 100A, total machine 11kVA; A is the hardware version number of the power substrate
DS: Special control card for SERCOS optical bus, full bus instruction control, no analog/pulse input terminals
01: DS control card hardware version V01, first-generation SERCOS communication hardware architecture
02: Control card firmware program version V02
FW: Firmware abbreviation, represents the original factory-installed matching firmware for the entire machine, runs directly upon power-on; without FW suffix = bare board without built-in firmware, requires DSM software for on-site program burning Technical Specifications
Main circuit power supply: Three-phase AC 200-230V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; Control power supply is independent single-phase AC 230V
DC bus rated voltage 300VDC, with built-in energy consumption braking unit, continuous braking power 0.5kW, peak braking 18kW, supports external large-power braking resistor expansion
PWM carrier 4kHz, protection IP10 (only for installation inside the control cabinet)
Environmental conditions: Full-load operation range 0-45℃, humidity 5%-85% without condensation; Altitude > 1000m, reduced power usage due to degradation, limit 55℃ with reduced power
Natural air cooling, overall load power consumption 480W, shape 260×355×60mm, net weight approximately 11kg
Interface and communication configuration
CON1: Special interface for motor feedback, only compatible with DSF full-digital encoder, incompatible with rotary transformers and ordinary incremental encoders
CON2 (DS01 terminal block): 6 channels of optically isolated DI (driver enable, fault reset, forward/reverse hard limit); 4 channels of relay-isolated DO (driver ready, fault alarm, positioning completion, motor brake feedback), no ±10V analog quantity, ABZ pulse input
SERCOS dual-fiber interface: Two fiber transceiver ports, multi-axis series networking, relying on fiber bus to receive upper-level numerical motion instructions
CON3: RS232 debugging serial port, connected to Indramat DSM debugging software, parameter backup, motor identification, fault reading, firmware upgrade dedicated
Core functions
Three-loop full closed-loop control (position/velocity/torque), one-click switch of three control modes, relying on SERCOS fiber bus to achieve high-precision multi-axis electronic synchronization, electronic gear, and electronic cam linkage
Full fiber bus command control, superior anti-interference ability compared to DL analog pulse type, no external wiring command signals
Built-in motor brake timing drive, enabling, fault shutdown automatic control of brake opening and closing logic
Full hardware protection: Overvoltage/undervoltage, IGBT overcurrent, module over-temperature, DSF encoder break, SERCOS bus disconnection, power phase loss fault shutdown and output alarm signal
FW pre-installed V02 original firmware, no need for on-site program writing, import device parameters to directly debug and put into operation Applicable scenarios
Replacement of old equipment parts for imported high-speed rotary printing equipment, multi-needle warp knitting machines, German multi-axis联动 CNC machining centers, precision extrusion cutting production lines, and imported multi-axis automated conveying production lines.
Operation and maintenance instructions
The cabinet is installed vertically. A gap of ≥ 5 cm is reserved for the driver at the top and bottom for heat dissipation. Power cables, encoder shielding cables, SERCOS optical fiber distribution troughs are laid out. The optical fibers are kept away from the power cables to prevent electromagnetic interference.
The DS01 control card cannot be directly interchanged with the DL/DA series control boards. The W100A power base can replace this model by simply importing the original equipment parameters.
Parts classification: Parts with the FW suffix = pre-installed firmware directly installed on the machine; parts without the FW = blank bare board. The firmware must be burned onto DSM to use it. The two cannot be interchanged or substituted.
Wear and tear parts: IGBT power module, CON1 feedback socket, SERCOS optical fiber transceiver module, built-in auxiliary switching power supply.
Maintenance cycle: Every six months, clean the accumulated dust in the cabinet, tighten the power terminals, and check the cleanliness of the optical fiber end faces and the integrity of the encoder shielding cables.
