Operation and maintenance instructions
The cabinet should be installed vertically. A minimum of 5 cm clearance should be reserved for the driver at the top and bottom for heat dissipation. The power main cable, encoder shielded cable, SERCOS optical fiber are laid in separate slots, and the optical fiber should be placed away from the power cable to avoid interference.
The DS01 control card must not be directly interchanged with the DL/DA series control boards. When replacing with the W100A power base, only the DS01-02 needs to import the original equipment parameters to be put into use.

Spare parts classification: DS01-02 is pre-installed with V02 firmware and can be directly installed on the machine; DS01-00 is a blank bare board without programs and must be written with DSM software to install the firmware before use. The two cannot be directly substituted.
Regular maintenance: Clean the cabinet for accumulated dust every six months, tighten the power connection terminals, and check the cleanliness of the optical fiber end faces and the shielding integrity of the encoder cables.
