The cabinet is installed vertically, with a minimum 5cm clearance left both above and below for heat dissipation. The power cable and the shielded feedback cable are routed separately in different slots.
The DL02 hardware board cannot be directly replaced with the DL01, DA, or DG series control cards; when replacing with the W100A power base, DL02-00 requires re-writing the matching firmware and full parameter initialization.
Key components: IGBT power module, CON1 feedback socket, built-in auxiliary switch power supply.
Note for spare parts replacement: The DL02-00 does not come with the factory firmware. On-site, the DSM software must be used to burn in the program, and it cannot directly replace the DL02-XX-FW pre-installed firmware model.
