Product Overview DIAX02 DKS Compact Single-Axis Digital Servo Drive, with DL main control card + pre-installed original factory-encapsulated firmware FW configuration. The original factory has discontinued production. Currently, the available stock is mainly refurbished spare parts from disassembled units. It is compatible with MDD/MKD series synchronous servo motors and is commonly used for maintenance and replacement in European printing, textile, and imported CNC equipment.

DKS01.1: DIAX02 Generation 1 Compact Power Base, cabinet-mounted vertical installation, no external bus capacitor reserved position

W100A: Power specification, three-phase AC 200~230V input, continuous output 50A, peak 100A, rated capacity approximately 19kVA; A = Hardware version of the power board

DL: General Instruction Control Board, ±10V analog + differential AB phase pulse dual instruction input, external PLC upper control type board card

First 01: DL Control Card Hardware Version V01

Second 01: Board Software Basic Version V01

FW: Firmware abbreviation, the driver pre-installs the original factory-fixed firmware module that matches the hardware, the firmware program is soldered onto the onboard storage chip, no need to separately write the firmware to power on and run, replacement of the same model must match the FW version. The control card is installed vertically inside the cabinet. A minimum 5cm clearance is reserved for the top and bottom. The power cables and shielded feedback lines are routed separately in different slots.

The DL01-01-FW control card cannot be directly interchanged with the DA/D1/DG cards. When replacing cards with the W100A power base, the entire machine's parameters need to be initialized.

Key components: IGBT power module, CON1 feedback socket, built-in auxiliary switch power supply.

For models with the FW suffix, the firmware is固化 on the board card. Spare parts replacement must use the same DL01-01-FW model. Incompatibility of firmware will result in power-on errors and inability to identify motor faults.
