W100A: Power specification: Three-phase AC 200~230V input, continuous output 50A, peak 100A, rated approximately 19kVA; A = Hardware version number of power board

D1: Control card type: D1 = DL series analog + pulse command positioning board, supports ±10V analog + differential pulse command dual command mode

The cabinet is installed vertically, with a minimum 5cm clearance reserved for heat dissipation at the top and bottom; power cables and shielded encoder cables are routed separately.

The firmware of the FW version is bound to the hardware of the D1-01 control card. When replacing, the same suffix FW version must be used; cross-version replacement requires re-downloading motor parameters.

Vulnerable points: IGBT power module, CON1 encoder socket, onboard auxiliary switch power supply.

The power base W100A can be interchanged with D1/DL/DG cards, but cannot be directly replaced with the W050A power unit.
