Product Overview Compact single-axis digital servo drive from former Indramat(Rexroth), DKS01.1 series, W100A power rating. Matches MDD/MKD synchronous servo motors, widely used as spare part for obsolete European CNC, printing and textile machinery, original production discontinued, stock mainly used/refurbished units.

Model Code Definition

  • DKS01.1:Compact main unit of DIAX02 family, no external DC bus capacitor mounting interface, cabinet vertical mounting design

  • W100A:Power specification, 3-phase AC230V input; continuous output 50A, peak 100A, approx.19kVA; A = power PCB hardware revision

    Suffix control card codes (DL/DG/RL/R-UL) are separate behind W100A, same card classification rules as previous W050A

CON3: RS232 service port for DSM commissioning software / handheld programmer for parameter setup & fault diagnosis
No standard onboard I/O on DL/RL version; DG variant equipped with built-in digital input/output terminals.

Old imported machining centers, rotary printing machines, multi-axis textile production lines, custom European automated equipment maintenance replacement.

Operation & Maintenance Notes

Mount vertically inside electrical cabinet with ≥5cm upper/lower cooling clearance; separate routing for power cable, shielded encoder wire and fiber optic cable
Commissioning requires Indramat DSM software to load motor parameters and match upper control setup
Common failure points: Power IGBT module, CON1 encoder socket, internal auxiliary power circuit
Spare replacement: W100A power base compatible swap among DL/DG/RL/R control cards after corresponding card replacement and parameter downloading, cannot cross replace with W050A directly due to different power rating.
