DKS01.1-W050A-R-UL | Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 Servo Drive
Description
Model Explanation
DKS01.1-W050A-R-UL
DKS01.1: DIAX02 Compact Drive Body, No External DC Bus Capacitor, Vertical Installation Structure Inside the Cabinet
W050A: Power Specification: Three-phase AC230V Input, Continuous Output 25A, Peak 50A, Approximately 9.5kVA, A is the hardware version of the power board
R: Control Card Code = Sercos Fiber Bus Master Control Card (Same as RL Series Bus Architecture), No Pulse/Accomulative Instruction Interface, Controlled by Sercos Fiber Network for Remote Control
UL: The entire machine has passed the North American UL Safety Certification, Components, Insulation, and Electrical Specifications meet the North American Industrial Control Admission Standards Technical Specifications
Main power supply: Three-phase AC 200~230V 50/60Hz; Independent control power supply AC 230V
Output current: Continuous 25A, Peak short-time 50A
Braking: Built-in energy consumption braking circuit, supports external large-power braking resistor for expansion
Protection grade IP10, installed only in the control cabinet; Working environment 0~45℃, no condensation
PWM carrier frequency 4kHz; The entire machine complies with UL61800 related safety regulations
Interface and communication configuration
CON1: Motor encoder interface, compatible with rotary transformers and incremental encoders, matching MDD/MKD motor feedback
CON2: Sercos IN/OUT dual-fiber interface, fiber hand-to-hand series networking, no differential pulses, no ±10V analog terminal
CON3: RS232 debugging port, connects to DSM debugging software, handheld debugging unit, parameter reading and writing, fault diagnosis
The body does not have its own integrated IO, limit and enable signals are remotely controlled by the Sercos bus master station
Core functions
Position / speed / torque three closed-loop, all issued instructions are under the control of the Sercos bus, cannot use PLC pulses or analog quantities for driving
Built-in motor brake drive circuit, automatically controls motor braking in fault and shutdown states
Fault self-check: Overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder abnormality, Sercos bus link failure alarm
Electronic gears, acceleration and deceleration, motor parameters can be modified online through DSM software or bus master station
Version distinction
R (UL): Sercos bus + UL certification,对标 RL02 bus hardware logic, compatible with original equipment from North America;
DL: Pulse + analog instruction type, DG: Local positioning + integrated IO type, the main control cards of the three cannot be directly interchanged. Applicable scenarios
North American original imported CNC machines, printing equipment, multi-axis textile machinery, and spare parts for North American complete automated production lines.
Operation and maintenance instructions
The cabinet is installed vertically, with a 5cm or more gap reserved for heat dissipation at the top and bottom. Power lines, encoder shielding lines, and optical fibers are routed separately.
Debugging requires a Sercos main controller + Indramat DSM software; dust-proof and scratch-proof at the optical fiber end face is a frequent point of bus failure.
Wear-prone components: Sercos optical transceiver module, encoder socket, power IGBT module
Spare parts replacement: The R-type of W050 power specification cannot be directly replaced by DL/DG models; the entire main control card needs to be replaced and parameters reset.
