DKS01.1: DIAX02 Compact Integrated Drive Module, with built-in power circuit, no external capacitor installation position, cabinet air-cooled installation
W050A: Power specification, three-phase AC200~230V input, continuous output 25A, peak 50A, rated 9.5kVA; A is the version number of the power PCB hardware
RL02: Specialized second-generation control card for Sercos optical bus (RL = Sercos bus interface, 02 = second-generation hardware), only accepts Sercos optical bus instructions, eliminates traditional pulse/±10V analog instruction interfaces; DL is pulse analog card, DG is local positioning card, RL is Sercos bus card, the hardware pins of these three types of cards are not interchangeable

Interface and communication configuration
CON1: Motor encoder feedback port, compatible with rotary transformers and incremental encoders, MDD motor标配 wiring
CON2: Dual Sercos optical transceiver interfaces (IN/OUT), optical networking, no pulse or analog terminal (core feature of RL), cannot be directly connected to ordinary pulse PLC
CON3: RS232 debugging serial port, DSM software / handheld debugger read/write parameters, fault troubleshooting
IO configuration: The body does not have integrated digital IO, limit and enable signals need to be remotely controlled through the upper bus PLC, no onboard IO terminals
Core functions
All three closed-loop control (position / speed / torque) is issued instructions by Sercos bus, cannot receive pulse / analog quantity, cannot operate independently from the bus (DL pulse type, DG local programming type, RL bus type three branches distinguish key points)
Built-in motor brake drive logic, bus instructions / fault status automatically control motor brake coil
Full fault self-check: Overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, encoder fault, Sercos bus disconnection alarm
Electronic gears, acceleration and deceleration, motor parameters can be modified online through DSM software or Sercos upper controller
RL02 / DL02 / DG02 key distinction
RL02: Sercos optical bus control, only optical communication, no pulse / analog ports, dedicated for multi-axis bus linkage, cannot replace DL/DG card
DL02: Pulse + ±10V analog quantity control, directly connected to pulse output PLC, no bus interface, cannot be directly replaced by RL
DG02: Built-in local positioning program + integrated IO, can store point program independently, neither supports Sercos nor can directly replace RL02 Applicable scenarios
Imported multi-axis CNC machining centers, rotary printing machines, multi-axis coordinated textile equipment, original European/American complete automation production lines (standard equipped with Sercos numerical control system) for maintenance and replacement.
Operation and maintenance instructions
Installation: Control cabinet should be installed vertically, with a minimum of 5cm space reserved for heat dissipation. Power cables, optical fibers, and encoder shielding lines should be laid separately.
Commissioning: Must be equipped with Sercos bus master controller + DSM commissioning software. Dust-proof and damage-proof of optical fiber connectors is a high-risk point for bus failures.
Critical points: Sercos optical fiber transceiver module, CON1 encoder socket, internal power IGBT module
Replacement of spare parts: Same as W050 power segment. The RL/DL/DG main control card cannot be directly interchanged. Replacement requires complete card replacement + re-downloading corresponding firmware and bus parameters.
