Operation and maintenance instructions
Installation: Only vertical installation inside the electrical control cabinet, reserve space for up and down heat dissipation, prohibit bare installation in dusty and humid environments
Commissioning: Need to upload parameters and firmware using the Indramat DSM software, match the corresponding MDD motor nameplate parameters
Spare parts: original factory new machines are out of production, the market mainly consists of refurbished parts from disassembled machines; High failure points: power board, encoder interface, IO board
Cabling: Power cables and encoder cables should be routed separately to reduce interference, brake resistors should be externally connected and expanded as needed
