DKS01.1-W050A-DA01-01 | Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 Analog Command Servo Drive
Description
II. Electrical Specifications (Uniform Power for W050A)
Main Power Supply: Three-phase AC 230V ± 10%, 50/60Hz, control auxiliary power single-phase AC 230V
DC Bus: DC 310V, PWM carrier 18kHz; Version A has no built-in braking, large power braking requires external external braking resistor / braking unit
Overall Size: 355×115×230mm, Net Weight 2.85kg, IP20 cabinet installation
Operating Environment: 0~45℃ full load, >45℃ reduced power usage, altitude ≤ 1000m without derating
III. Unique Features of DA01 Board
Only Analog Control: Upper PLC / frequency converter sends ±10V voltage for speed regulation, pulse + direction for point operation, old-style numerical control retrofit standard configuration
Encoder Interface: Compatible with TTL incremental encoder, rotary transformer for two types of motor feedback
No Fiber SERCOS Port, cannot form multi-axis fiber serial networking, unable to connect to Schmersal MTX bus system
Fault Passive Alarm Contacts, Brake Control Output Integrated in the Board
IV. -01 Suffix Explanation
-01 = Built-in V01 firmware card, same model DA01-01 complete machine can be directly replaced; replacing DA01-02 requires checking motor parameters, firmware can be downward compatible with hardware
If you need to change the bus control: directly replace the same base DL/RL board card, shell power is universal
V. Applicable Equipment
Old-fashioned ordinary CNC lathes, grinders, non-standard single-machine automation, old-fashioned hydraulic to servo equipment (upper level only has analog output, no SERCOS bus)
VI. Replacement Maintenance Key Points
W050A (without built-in brake) ≠ W050B (with built-in brake), A cannot be directly substituted for B, braking circuit configuration is different
Power off static ≥ 20 minutes, fully discharge bus capacitor before disassembling for maintenance
DA01 can be non-destructively replaced with the same W050 base RL/DL/RS board, after replacing the board, the corresponding firmware should be reinstalled as needed
