5. Core Functions
1. Receive CNC/PLC analog voltage, pulse signals, achieve precise control of position/velocity/torque for MDD servo motor;
2. Shutdown, deceleration power generation feedback is consumed by the built-in B-type braking circuit to consume regenerated electrical energy, stabilize bus voltage, prevent IGBT overvoltage damage;
3. 01 revision hardware optimizes suppression of instantaneous large current impact, stability of frequent start-stop conditions is better than the 00 original version;
4. FW pre-installed fixed firmware, factory parameters are permanently stored, same model drives can be directly replaced by the entire machine, no debugging burning required; 5. Real-time fault detection, abnormal power output is immediately blocked, and the passive contacts synchronously output the fault signal;
6. Modular plug-and-unplug the main control board, the DA01 board can be disassembled and replaced separately, reducing maintenance costs.
6. Application scenarios
Small CNC lathes X/Z feed axes, vertical machining centers auxiliary feed axes, filling packaging servo positioning, textile feeding servo, small injection molding machines servo, printing indexing equipment; mostly used for major repairs of imported old equipment in Europe, technical renovation of automated production lines, and replacement of spare parts for discontinued Rexroth models.
7. Operating and maintenance instructions
1. After power-off for maintenance, stand still for **≥15 minutes**, fully discharge the bus capacitor before opening the cover to prevent high-voltage electric shock;
2. Quarterly maintenance: clean the dust in the aluminum profile heat dissipation slots, tighten the power terminals, check the aging of the encoder cables and the temperature rise of the built-in braking resistors;
3. Replacement conditions: power module breakdown, DA01 main control burned out, frequent overheating of the built-in braking causing trip, FW firmware error and inability to power on, then replace the entire machine;
4. Storage: store in a constant temperature and dry warehouse, humidity ≤ 60%, avoid corrosive gases and intense vibration, prohibit heavy pressure stacking.
