4. Interface and Communication Configuration
Main power three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power output line use screw fastening terminals, the base is marked with phase sequence identification; the independent terminal position on the left side of the body is the built-in braking integrated circuit, no need to connect external braking wiring; front partition terminals: 24VDC analog input terminal, ±10V analog command terminal, pulse positioning command terminal; independent aviation socket for connecting servo motor encoder cable; side reserved multi-channel NO/NC passive fault interlock auxiliary contacts; no SERCOS, RS485 native communication ports, DA01 board card does not support fieldbus expansion; the side of the body reserved original factory maintenance and testing terminals, used for on-site bus and coil insulation detection.
5. Core Functions
Receive analog voltage or pulse positioning commands from the upper-level PLC / numerical control system, drive the corresponding MDD servo motor to achieve high-precision three-loop speed and positioning; the deceleration, shutdown power generation feedback condition of the equipment relies on the B type built-in braking circuit to consume the regenerated electric energy, stabilize the DC bus voltage, avoid power device breakdown; the whole machine real-time hardware fault inspection, fault instantaneously locks IGBT power output, synchronously outputs fault alarm signals through auxiliary contacts; DA01 control board is compatible with the start and stop of the position point, positioning operation conditions, supports motor brake logic linkage control; modular plug-in type control board design, the main control board of DA01 can be disassembled and replaced separately, reducing maintenance costs; The factory parameters are securely stored and the same model drives can be directly replaced for production.
6. Application scenarios
Main application: servo feed axes for small vertical machining centers, X/Z axis drives for CNC lathes, servo positioning for packaging and filling equipment, servo for textile machine feeding, servo feed for small plastic injection machines, servo for printing equipment indexing; the existing ones are mostly used for major renovations of old imported equipment in Europe and America, technical upgrades of automated production lines, and replacement of spare parts for models of Rexroth Indramat.
7. Operating and maintenance instructions
1. Maintenance standards: After the entire machine is powered off, leave it to discharge electricity for at least 15 minutes. Wait until the residual voltage of the bus capacitor is released before opening the cover for maintenance to prevent high-voltage electric shock;
2. Quarterly maintenance: Clean the dust in the heat dissipation aluminum trough of the shell, tighten the screws of the main circuit terminals, check the aging and damage of the encoder cable sheath, and verify the abnormal temperature rise of the built-in braking resistor;
3. Replacement determination: When the power module is broken down, the DA01 main control board is burned out, the built-in braking frequently overheats and trips, or the drive has irregular overcurrent alarms, the entire machine should be replaced;
4. Spare parts storage: Idle drives should be stored in a constant temperature and dry warehouse. The relative humidity should be ≤ 60%, away from corrosive gases, intense vibration, and no stacking or heavy pressure storage is allowed.
