1. Product Overview DKR04.1-W400E-BE12-01 is a high-power air-cooled main shaft servo power unit for the Bosch Rexroth Indramat DIAX04 platform. It is an original OEM heavy-duty servo drive, compatible with 1MB/ADM frameless main shaft motors and high-power linear servo motors. The "E" suffix indicates the optional external braking specification, which differs from the "N" without braking and the "Z" with internal braking type. BE12 is the original factory hardware configuration code and 01 is the hardware revision batch number. The complete machine is equipped with an internal centrifugal fan for forced air cooling and modular vertical installation of the cabinet. It realizes closed-loop drive for high-power motors in terms of speed, torque, and position through the SERCOS optical fiber bus. In case of failure, only one section can be replaced to reduce maintenance costs. The power-on parameters are saved when the power is off and can be restored when the power is on. The same model driver can be directly replaced without the need for re-tuning of parameters.

7. Operating and maintenance instructions

1. Maintenance standards: Wait for the DC bus capacitor to discharge for ≥ 20 minutes after power off before opening the cover for maintenance to avoid electric shock from residual high voltage on the bus;

2. Quarterly maintenance: Clean the cooling air duct of the blower fan, dust off the power module, tighten the bolts of the main circuit power terminals, clean the oil stains and dust on the fiber optic connectors of SERCOS, and check the looseness and aging of the external braking resistor wiring;

3. Replacement determination: When the power IGBT module is broken down, the hardware of the main control board is burned out, the fan is stuck and stops rotating, or the driver has irregular frequent overcurrent/overvoltage tripping, the entire machine should be replaced;
