Operating and Maintenance Instructions
Maintenance Specifications
Power-off maintenance must disconnect the upper-level air switch at the front end, wait for the DC bus capacitor of the driver to discharge for at least 15 minutes before opening the cover for work to prevent residual high voltage from causing electric shock;
Quarterly Maintenance Items
Clean the dust from the fan inlet and the cooling air duct on the machine body to avoid dust accumulation and blockage causing poor heat dissipation and overheating trip;
Tighten the connection bolts of the main power copper bus, check the insulation of the power cables;
Plug, unplug and clean the SERCOS optical fiber connectors and encoder feedback plugs, remove the oil, dust and dirt from the end faces;
Fault Replacement Determination
When power module breakdown, motherboard hardware burnout, fan gets stuck and does not rotate, or frequent and irregular overcurrent protection shutdown occurs, the entire drive unit should be replaced;
