Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Apply rated three-phase AC400~480V industrial input strictly; single-phase power supply triggers DC bus undervoltage protection lockout with zero drive output.

Reserve minimum 90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation clearance to avoid insufficient blower airflow leading to overheat shutdown and output derating; maintain ≥100mm spacing between power cables and control/signal cables for EMC compliance.

Z-type integrated brake chopper removes mandatory external braking resistor mounting; install matched external resistor only under ultra-frequent regenerative deceleration working conditions.

BE12 basic control PCB cannot be directly replaced with BE23/BE31/BE43/BE48 mainboards; mismatched hardware causes serial communication failure or abnormal spindle positioning accuracy.
