Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Only connect three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase power input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout with zero output.

Reserve ≥90mm upper and lower cabinet ventilation clearance to avoid insufficient blower cooling causing overheat shutdown and output derating.

N-type non-internal bleeder design: external matched braking resistor must be configured regardless of continuous or intermittent deceleration.

BE48 high-density measuring interface mainboard cannot be directly interchanged with BE11/BE12/BE23/BE31/BE43 control PCB; mismatched hardware leads to external scale communication failure or abnormal axis positioning accuracy.

Non-FW version needs original DSM parameter backup during maintenance; replacement DSM requires full firmware rewrite via IndraWorks to match original program version.
