Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Strictly apply three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase power input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout with zero output.

Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation clearance to avoid insufficient blower cooling leading to overheat protection shutdown and output derating.

N-type no internal bleeder design: matched external braking resistor must be configured regardless of continuous or intermittent stop mode.

BE23 premium control board cannot be directly interchanged with BE11/BE12 lower-grade mainboard, function mismatch causes abnormal axis jitter or runaway.

Non-FW version: preserve original DSM parameter backup during maintenance; replacement DSM requires full firmware rewrite via IndraWorks.
