Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout with zero output.
Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation clearance to avoid insufficient cooling causing overheat shutdown and output derating.
N-type no internal bleeder structure: matched external braking resistor must be equipped regardless of intermittent or continuous deceleration operation.
BE12 mainboard cannot directly interchange with BE11 base board or high-end BE23 board, function mismatch triggers abnormal axis movement.
FW model: keep original DSM card intact during maintenance; replacement DSM needs matching firmware rewrite via IndraWorks software.
