Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Only connect three-phase AC400~480V industrial power, single-phase input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout with zero output.

Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation gap to avoid blower insufficient cooling leading to overheat shutdown & output derating.

N-type no internal bleeder structure: external matched braking resistor must be configured regardless of continuous or intermittent stopping working mode.

BE11 SERCOS mainboard cannot cross replace with BA analog control board or high-spec BE23/BE48 board directly, function mismatch causes abnormal axis motion.

Non-FW empty slot model: preserve original DSM parameter backup during maintenance; replacement DSM needs full parameter re-download via IndraWorks software.
