Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only feed three-phase AC400~480V industrial input, single-phase supply triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout and no output.
Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet clearance for blower ventilation to avoid overheat shutdown or current derating.
N-type no internal chopper: external matched braking resistor must be configured regardless of regular or frequent stop working mode.
BA01 analog control board cannot cross-replace with BE series SERCOS mainboard during spare replacement.
FW model with pre-mounted DSM card: direct commissioning after wiring; damaged DSM requires dedicated BA01-specific replacement card plus parameter backup rewrite。
