Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout without power output.
Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation clearance to guarantee fan heat dissipation, avoid overheat shutdown or output derating.
Built-in B-type brake chopper: no mandatory external brake resistor under regular start-stop; configure matched braking resistor for high inertia & frequent emergency stop applications.
BE23 high-spec control board cannot interchange with BE12/BA/BT series control boards during maintenance replacement.
FW model with pre-installed DSM+firmware: directly commission after power supply via IndraWorks; damaged DSM card needs dedicated BE23-specific replacement card + firmware rewrite.
