Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect three-phase AC400-480V industrial mains; single-phase power supply triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout without power output.
Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation gap to ensure blower heat exhaust, avoid overheat shutdown or output current derate.
Built-in B brake chopper: no external resistor needed for normal start-stop; install matched braking resistor for high inertia & frequent emergency stop applications.
BE23 high-end control board cannot interchange with BE12 mid-board/BA analog/BT economy SERCOS mainboard during maintenance replacement.
Non-FW variant without preinstalled DSM card: commissioning requires matching BE23 DSM memory card + IndraWorks offline firmware download; -FW version with pre-flashed card powers on directly for parameter configuration.
