Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Only connect three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase power triggers DC bus undervoltage protection and drive lockout.

Reserve ≥90mm upper/lower cabinet ventilation clearance to guarantee fan heat dissipation, prevent overheat derate or shutdown alarm.

B-type built-in brake chopper: external resistor unnecessary under regular start-stop, configure matched braking resistor for high inertia & frequent emergency stop working condition.

BE12 mainboard incompatible with BA analog/BT economical SERCOS boards, cross replacement forbidden during maintenance.

FW model with preinstalled DSM+firmware: directly power on and input motor parameters via IndraWorks, no extra firmware download required; damaged DSM card needs BE12 dedicated replacement + firmware rewrite.
