Complete hardware fault protection: overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, IGBT overtemperature, fan malfunction, feedback signal loss, front LED numeric fault code display; cannot power on without matched BE56 DSM firmware card and programmed spindle software.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect standard three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout with zero output.
Reserve ≥100mm top/bottom ventilation clearance inside control cabinet to guarantee fan airflow, avoid overheat shutdown or automatic current derating.
N-type no built-in brake chopper: configure matched external braking resistor for frequent deceleration/emergency stop to prevent DC bus overvoltage trip.
Empty slot model cannot run standalone; purchase exclusive BE56 DSM card and flash dedicated firmware via IndraWorks before commissioning; BE11/BE37/BE56/BE79 mainboards are hardware non-interchangeable.
Spare part replacement must confirm suffix -01 hardware version to prevent mismatch of IO definition and feedback pin assignment.
