Core Functions
Standard three-loop(speed/torque/position) closed-loop spindle control;BE11-02 retains full basic BE11 functions(constant spindle speed,regular rigid tapping,single-motor simple synchronization),with revised hardware improving EMI suppression and power supply stability compared to BE11-01;no onboard C-axis positioning,electronic gearing,multi-feedback switching(these need BE79 high-end control card).Complete hardware protection:overcurrent,DC bus over/undervoltage,power module overtemperature,blower failure,feedback loss,with front LED fault code indication;must equip matching DSM FW card + dedicated spindle firmware before commissioning。

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only access standard three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains,single-phase input triggers DC bus undervoltage lockout.
Reserve ≥100mm top/bottom ventilation gap inside cabinet to guarantee blower cooling airflow,prevent overheat shutdown or current derating.
N-type no internal brake chopper:mandatory configure matched external braking resistor under frequent deceleration/emergency stop to avoid DC bus overvoltage alarm.
Cannot run without DSM firmware card;program dedicated BE11 spindle firmware via IndraWorks before startup;BE11-01/-02 firmware compatible but hardware PCB non-interchangeable cross-replacement.
For field replacement,confirm original mainboard suffix(-01/-02) to avoid mismatch of peripheral wiring and IO definition.
