Core Functions
Three-loop closed-loop regulation(position/speed/torque) for conventional spindle operation;BE11 limited basic functions: constant-speed spindle control, ordinary rigid tapping, single-motor speed synchronization;no built-in C-axis indexing, multi-spindle electronic gearing redundant feedback switchover(above functions require BE79 high-grade control board). Complete multi-layer hardware protection(overcurrent,DC bus over/undervoltage,power module overtemperature,fan malfunction,feedback loss) with front seven-segment LED fault code display;needs separately purchased DSM firmware card + matched spindle FW to complete drive commissioning.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Connect specified three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains only; single-phase power input triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage interlock and output lockout.
Reserve ≥100mm upper/lower ventilation clearance inside cabinet to guarantee blower airflow circulation, avoid overheating shutdown or output derating.
N-type no internal brake chopper: mandatory install matched external braking resistor for frequent deceleration or emergency braking to prevent DC bus overvoltage trip.
Unit cannot run without DSM firmware card; purchase exclusive BE11 dedicated FW card and program standard spindle firmware via IndraWorks before commissioning.
Replacement maintenance must confirm original BE11 mainboard version; BE series mainboard firmware cannot cross interchange between BE11/BE79 different models.
