Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Strictly connect rated three-phase AC400~480V industrial power;single-phase input triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage alarm and output locking.
Reserve ≥100mm upper/lower ventilation clearance inside cabinet to guarantee blower air circulation,prevent overheating shutdown or power derating.
Built-in B-type bleeder meets conventional regular deceleration;install external high-power braking resistor under frequent heavy-load emergency braking to avoid DC bus overvoltage tripping.
Commissioning requires matching SERCOS version IndraWorks software;BE79 dual-board FW cannot be interchanged with single-board BE series firmware program.
Pre-installed FW card stores factory default spindle parameters;backup machine modified parameters via IndraWorks before drive maintenance;if FW card damaged,match exclusive BE79 dedicated firmware card for replacement only.
