Product Overview Premium high-power SERCOS digital spindle driver of Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 DKR platform, equipped with internal blower forced-air cooling + B-type integrated onboard brake chopper, factory assembled BE79 composite control mainboard (integrated DSS02.1M+DZF03.1M dual core board stack). Bare version without pre-mounted FW pluggable memory card, specially customized for multi-feedback redundant heavy spindle and multi-axis synchronous compound equipment, controlling 2AD/ADF AC spindle motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors, LAF/LSF linear motors via SERCOS fiber bus. Original production discontinued, only surplus new surplus and refurbished spare parts available globally.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Only access rated three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase input triggers permanent DC bus undervoltage fault and drive output lockout.

Keep ≥100mm upper/lower ventilation clearance inside control cabinet to guarantee blower airflow and avoid overheating derating or shutdown.

Built-in B-type bleeder satisfies conventional regular deceleration; configure external high-power braking resistor for frequent heavy-load emergency braking to prevent DC bus overvoltage tripping.

Parameter commissioning needs matching SERCOS version IndraWorks software; BE79 stacked dual-board firmware cannot be interchanged with single-board BE series programs.
