Product Overview Heavy-duty full digital spindle servo drive from Rexroth Indramat DIAX02 DKR series, fitted with internal blower forced cooling + onboard B-type integrated brake chopper, factory configured BE37 SERCOS fiber-optic main control board, no pre-installed FW memory card for this bare model. Designed for closed-loop control of 2AD/ADF AC spindle motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors and LAF linear motors via SERCOS fiber CNC bus; deployed on heavy CNC machining centers, large rotogravure printing presses, heavy winding equipment and legacy machine tool retrofits. Original manufacturing discontinued, only surplus new & refurbished stock available on market。

Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Only connect rated three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains;single-phase input triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage alarm and output lockout.

Reserve≥100mm upper/lower ventilation clearance inside cabinet to guarantee blower airflow and avoid overtemperature shutdown or power derating.

Internal B bleeder covers conventional deceleration;add external high-power braking resistor under frequent heavy-load emergency braking to prevent DC bus overvoltage trip.

Parameter commissioning requires matched SERCOS version IndraWorks;BE-series SERCOS board firmware cannot interchange with BA analog control card program.

Spare drive replacement:Purchase independent FW memory card,backup original full parameters before swap for one-click parameter recovery without repeated motor auto-tuning.
