Core Functions
Three-loop full digital closed-loop control (position/speed/torque) optimized for heavy spindle load characteristics; embedded standard C-axis indexing positioning, rigid tapping and high-precision electronic gearing synchronization functions in base firmware. BE32 integrated fixed IO eliminates additional external IO module installation for regular spindle interlock control. Complete multi-layer fault protection covering overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, power module overtemperature, feedback loss and cooling fan failure, with front LED coded fault indicator display. Optional FW memory card supports full parameter backup and cross-drive data replication for field replacement.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect specified three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase power input triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage fault and output lockout.
Keep ≥100mm upper/lower ventilation clearance inside control cabinet to guarantee blower airflow and prevent overtemperature-triggered power derating or shutdown.
B-version internal bleeder covers daily regular deceleration; configure external high-power braking resistor for frequent heavy-load emergency stop working conditions to avoid DC bus overvoltage tripping.
Parameter tuning requires matching SERCOS-edition IndraWorks software; BE-series SERCOS control board firmware cannot be mutually replaced with BA analog control card firmware.
Spare drive replacement: Purchase separate FW memory card to back up original drive full parameters before swap for one-click parameter recovery without repeated motor auto-tuning.
