Complete multi-layer fault protection against overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, module overtemperature, feedback loss and cooling fan failure with front LED fault code indication. Pre-installed FW card enables full parameter copy when replacing spare drive, eliminating repeated motor auto-tuning and on-site commissioning.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Strictly apply rated 3Φ AC400~480V industrial input; single-phase power input triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage alarm and output lockout.
Reserve ≥100mm upper/lower ventilation clearance inside cabinet to ensure blower airflow and avoid overtemperature shutdown.
B-type internal bleeder covers regular deceleration; install external high-power braking resistor under frequent heavy-load emergency braking to prevent overvoltage trip.
Parameter commissioning needs matched SERCOS-version IndraWorks software; BE-series SERCOS board firmware cannot interchange with BA analog control card firmware.
Drive replacement operation: pull original FW memory card and insert into new spare unit to instantly restore all stored parameters without re-commissioning.
