Full digital triple closed-loop control (position/speed/torque) optimized for heavy spindle applications, featuring wide constant-power speed range, embedded standard C-axis indexing positioning, rigid tapping and electronic gear synchronization functions in base firmware. Onboard B-type brake chopper cuts peripheral wiring workload under normal deceleration working conditions. Complete multi-layer fault protection covering overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, power module overtemperature, feedback signal loss and cooling fan malfunction, with front LED indicator for coded fault display. Supports optional FW memory card expansion for full parameter backup and cross-drive data migration.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect with rated three-phase AC400~480V industrial mains; single-phase incoming supply triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage fault and cuts full-load output.
Maintain minimum 100mm upper and lower ventilation clearance inside control cabinet to guarantee blower airflow and avoid over-temperature triggered output derating shutdown.
B-version with built-in bleeder: internal resistance satisfies regular load deceleration; install external high-power braking resistor for frequent heavy inertia emergency stop to prevent DC bus overvoltage tripping.
Parameter commissioning requires matching SERCOS-edition IndraWorks software; BE-series SERCOS control board firmware cannot be interchanged with BA analog control board firmware.
For spare drive replacement: install optional FW memory card to back up full parameters from original unit before replacement for one-click parameter recovery.
