Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only connect with rated three-phase AC400~480V industrial power; single-phase input will trigger persistent DC bus undervoltage alarm and lock full-load output.
Reserve minimum 90mm upper and lower ventilation clearance inside control cabinet to guarantee fan air circulation and avoid over-temperature shutdown caused by output derating.
Z-version with built-in brake chopper: internal bleeder satisfies regular deceleration; mount external high-power braking resistor for frequent heavy inertia emergency stop to prevent DC bus overvoltage trip.
Parameter commissioning needs matched SERCOS-edition IndraWorks software; BE-series SERCOS firmware cannot be interchanged with BA analog control board firmware.
During spare drive replacement: remove original FW card and plug into new replacement unit to restore all parameters instantly without secondary debugging.
