Product Overview This is high-power integrated brake-type spindle servo drive belonging to DIAX02 DKR series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Reserve minimum 90mm upper and lower ventilation clearance inside cabinet to guarantee smooth fan airflow and avoid over-temperature derating shutdown.

Z variant owns onboard brake chopper: common light/medium-load deceleration relies on internal bleeder; install external high-power braking resistor for frequent heavy-inertia emergency stop to prevent DC bus overvoltage trip-off.

Parameter commissioning needs matched DIAX02 SERCOS version IndraWorks software; BE-series SERCOS firmware cannot be interchanged with BA analog control board firmware.

Units with optional FW suffix: replace spare drive by directly transplanting original firmware card to restore all parameters without repeated motor identification and auto-tuning.
