Product Overview This is a high-power regenerative mains feedback spindle servo belonging to DIAX02 DKR series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Only connect to rated three-phase 400~480V industrial mains; single-phase input triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage alarm and prevents full-power output.

Reserve minimum 80mm ventilation clearance top and bottom of cabinet to guarantee fan airflow and avoid over-temperature derating shutdown.

N variant has no built-in brake chopper: regular light-load deceleration relies on mains regeneration; install external high-power braking resistor for frequent heavy inertia emergency stop to eliminate overvoltage tripping.

Parameter commissioning requires matched IndraWorks software for DIAX02 SERCOS firmware; BE-series SERCOS firmware is non-interchangeable with BA analog board firmware.

Spare part replacement with FW option: directly transplant original firmware card to restore all drive parameters without repeated motor identification.
