Three-loop full closed-loop regulation(position/speed/torque); full spindle dedicated functions: rigid tapping, C-axis spindle positioning/orientation, constant power wide-range speed regulation. Internal B-type bleeder realizes rapid dynamic braking under emergency stop and power cutoff, different from N-type grid feedback braking design. Complete multi-protection: overcurrent, bus over/undervoltage, IGBT overtemperature, feedback disconnection, fault indicator LED display, standard FW basic firmware without electronic cam and master-slave sync functions.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Only access three-phase 400~480V AC industrial power, single-phase 220V input will trigger persistent DC bus undervoltage fault and insufficient output torque.
Reserve minimum 160mm upper & lower cabinet ventilation clearance to guarantee blower air intake/exhaust, prevent over-temperature shutdown and power derating.
Frequent high-inertia emergency stop can retain original internal bleeder; only ultra-heavy cyclic braking needs additional external high-power bleeder resistor.
Parameter debugging requires matching IndraWorks software compatible with ESM02.3 firmware; parameters cannot be copied interchangeably with BA analog / BE SERCOS variants.
