Core Functions
Full closed-loop position/speed/torque triple regulation; supports analog speed control, pulse positioning, DI-triggered multi-step fixed positioning. Integrated STO safe torque-off function and complete fault protection against overcurrent, bus over/undervoltage, IGBT overheat and encoder disconnection with front LED fault indication. No advanced electronic cam and synchronization features compared to FM firmware variant.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Type7 high voltage unit only for three-phase 380~480V input; single-phase 220V connection leads to continuous undervoltage alarm and insufficient torque.
Arrange cabinet ventilation clearance complying with final confirmed series specification to avoid overheat shutdown.
External high-power braking resistor is required for frequent forward-reverse cyclic operation to prevent internal brake burnout.
Parameter tuning needs matched DriveTop software version for FW firmware; parameters cannot be directly copied from FM-version drives.
