Core Functions

FW standard firmware realizes full closed-loop position, speed and torque triple regulation. Supports three standard running modes: analog voltage speed regulation, pulse-based position positioning, multi-step fixed positioning triggered by digital input signals. Integrated STO Safe Torque Off safety function plus comprehensive multi-protection against overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, power module overheat, encoder cable break and motor over-temperature, with front digital LED fault code indication. Native electronic cam and master-slave electronic gearing synchronization functions are not available under FW firmware edition.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Type-7 high voltage variant must connect to three-phase AC380~480V industrial mains; single-phase AC220V input will trigger permanent DC bus undervoltage fault and severe insufficient output torque.

High-power unit with large heat generation; cabinet installation must reserve ≥50mm ventilation clearance at top and bottom, never install inside fully sealed non-ventilated cabinet.

Frequent forward-reverse reciprocating working condition requires matched external high-power braking resistor to prevent internal dynamic bleeder overheat burnout.

Parameter backup and download must use matching DriveTop software version; parameter files cannot be directly copied and migrated between FW and FM firmware versions.

Regular annual blower dust cleaning is required to avoid heat sink clogging and drive over-temperature shutdown fault F218.
